She was seeking to launch a brand-new specialist service focused exclusively on high-risk pet anaesthesia and pain management.
Operating as a mobile specialist, the service needed to communicate clinical authority while also providing reassurance to anxious pet owners and championing the importance of quality anaesthesia practices for animals and the benefits to the pet, the pet owner, and the veterinarian.
The challenge was to deliver brand vision without the visibility of a traditional hospital setting.
