Dosel had already built something most businesses spend years trying to create: a deeply embedded healthcare compliance software platform trusted by organisations operating in high-risk, regulated environments.
PET Theranostics was founded to introduce PET-CT scanning as an advanced veterinary diagnostic imaging service for companion animal cancer care in Australia.
I can’t speak highly enough of Deb, Pete and all of the amazing people at Specialist Vet Marketing. From the moment we met, my wife and I felt so at ease, and we truly felt that we were in safe hands. Since that day, among many other things, SVM have helped us launch an amazing website, create beautiful flyers, pamphlets, posters…
Deb and her team have helped us create a new website which is a brilliant representation for our team and the service we aim to provide. The team’s communication and understanding was always quick and made the process pretty easy. Her photographer did a fabulous job with both team, action and patient shots….
Deb and the team were wonderful at listening and understanding our needs. They did a fantastic job creating our website which really showcases who we are and what we have to offer. It was great to be able to hand this project over and have everything taken care of to bring our online presence up to the level we needed.
We have just had Deb review our plans and revamp our website and as the business director I couldn’t be more happy with the process and the outcome. Deb and her teams attention to detail is second to none and I found the whole process actually inspirational to get on and get our business flying.

In most cases, capability already exists, but it isn’t clearly understood in the market. This shows up when businesses rely heavily on reps, referrals or relationships rather than consistent inbound demand. In the Cenvet example, introducing clearer positioning and structured enquiry pathways reduced that reliance and led to more consistent, qualified opportunities.
Established businesses often grow through reputation, but that can limit how easily new opportunities are generated. What typically happens is the value is well understood internally, but not clearly expressed externally. In the Dosel case, repositioning the platform made it easier for the market to recognise and engage with what was already there.
The shift is usually toward alignment rather than more activity. Positioning, messaging, visibility and sales pathways begin to support each other, instead of operating separately. In the PET Theranostics case, structuring around real decision-making behaviour led to earlier engagement, clearer referrals and more confident adoption.
Complexity becomes a barrier when communication reflects how the business is built internally rather than how it is evaluated externally. The shift is toward framing the offer around outcomes that matter to decision-makers. In the Dosel example, this made it easier to engage without needing to interpret technical detail first.
Momentum is often lost between awareness and action. Interest may exist, but without clear pathways it doesn’t convert into enquiries or commercial opportunities. In the Cenvet case, structuring that pathway allowed general awareness to translate into measurable enquiry flow.
The impact tends to show up in behaviour rather than activity. In the PET Theranostics example, this meant early engagement from referring clinicians and emerging referral behaviour. In Cenvet, it showed through consistent inbound enquiries and reduced reliance on traditional channels, reflecting a stronger and more predictable market response.
