I can’t speak highly enough of Deb, Pete and all of the amazing people at Specialist Vet Marketing. From the moment we met, my wife and I felt so at ease, and we truly felt that we were in safe hands. Since that day, among many other things, SVM have helped us launch an amazing website, create beautiful flyers, pamphlets, posters…

Deb and her team have helped us create a new website which is a brilliant representation for our team and the service we aim to provide. The team’s communication and understanding was always quick and made the process pretty easy. Her photographer did a fabulous job with both team, action and patient shots….

Nicole Melhem

Deb and the team were wonderful at listening and understanding our needs. They did a fantastic job creating our website which really showcases who we are and what we have to offer. It was great to be able to hand this project over and have everything taken care of to bring our online presence up to the level we needed.

Rachel Korman

We have just had Deb review our plans and revamp our website and as the business director I couldn’t be more happy with the process and the outcome. Deb and her teams attention to detail is second to none and I found the whole process actually inspirational to get on and get our business flying.

Frequently Asked Questions

What typically happens is a new clinic opens with strong clinical capability, but little clarity in how it’s presented. That creates hesitation early on. In the Nexus Emergency Vet Hospital and Greenslopes Family Vet examples, clearer positioning and structure made it easier for clients to recognise the clinic and choose with confidence.

Specialist services depend on clarity across both referring vets and pet owners. When either side is unsure when or why to engage, referrals slow down. In cases like Cat Specialist Services and The Anaesthesia Vet, improving that clarity led to stronger referral confidence and more consistent engagement

This usually comes down to how the clinic is understood before someone makes contact. Broad or unclear messaging attracts general enquiries rather than cases that match how the clinic operates. In the Vetaround example, refining how the service was positioned improved the fit between enquiries and the way the clinic actually operates.

Too much technical detail creates hesitation, while too little creates uncertainty. The balance sits in making outcomes clear without removing clinical credibility. In the Advanced Animal Dentistry example, this made it easier for both vets and owners to understand when the service was relevant.

In most clinics, the issue isn’t a lack of activity, it’s a lack of connection between what’s being done. When websites, content and visibility don’t align, marketing can look active without influencing decisions. This is where structure tends to matter more than doing more.

As more clinics invest in visibility, being known isn’t enough. What tends to hold position is being clearly understood, so clients choose based on fit rather than convenience. In competitive areas, this shift changes how consistently the right clients come through.
